You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will issue the reimbursement within 14 days of the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
